Official Rules

"Thankful for the Crew" Thanksgiving Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR QUOTE REQUEST WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1.Sponsor

The "Thankful for the Crew" Thanksgiving Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Tooling.Aero, 7863 SW 162nd Place, Miami, FL 33193 ("Sponsor"). Questions can be sent to [email protected].

2.Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its contractors and agencies involved in the Giveaway, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible. Entrants are responsible for following any gift policies of their employer.

3.Entry period

The Giveaway begins November 3, 2026 at 12:00 am Eastern Time (ET) and ends November 17, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.

4.How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Each has an equal chance of winning.

• Online form: Complete and submit the entry form at the Giveaway page, including your first name, last name, email address, and job title, and agree to these Official Rules.
• LinkedIn: Comment on Patty Ugalde's Giveaway announcement post on LinkedIn during the Entry Period, sharing who on your team you are grateful for.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Additional entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, automated, or submitted using false information will be disqualified. LinkedIn is not a sponsor of, and is not associated with, this Giveaway.

5.Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $200 USD e-gift card that can be used toward a Thanksgiving meal. Sponsor will choose the gift card brand. Approximate retail value: $200. The prize is subject to the gift card issuer's terms and conditions. No cash alternative, transfer, or substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.

If the winner's employer does not allow them to accept gifts, the winner may ask Sponsor to apply the prize to their team's Thanksgiving meal or to donate it to a local food bank of the winner's choice.

6.Winner selection and notification

On or about November 18, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email or LinkedIn message. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the potential winner does not respond, cannot be reached, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random. Sponsor plans to deliver the prize by email on or about November 20, 2026.

7.Taxes

The winner is responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.

8.Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, company, and job title to announce the winner, including on LinkedIn and on Sponsor's website, without further payment. Sponsor will ask the winner before sharing any photo.

9.Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to run the Giveaway and contact the winner. Entrants who check the optional email box agree to receive occasional emails from Sponsor and can unsubscribe at any time. Checking that box does not affect your chances of winning. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.

10.General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of a technical problem, fraud, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, change, or suspend it and award the prize from eligible entries received before the problem.

11.Release and limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, entrants release Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from taking part in the Giveaway or from accepting or using the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for technical failures of any kind.

12.Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

13.Winner's name
